Harris Health System's Goose Creek Health Clinic offers preventive and acute healthcare services to children and adolescents in the Baytown area. School-based clinics are an integral part of Harris Health.

The Goose Creek Health Clinic is located in San Jacinto Elementary (Goose Creek CISD). The clinic provides an array of services, including: physical exams, primary care, Texas Health Steps screening, sports physicals, developmental assessments, vision and hearing tests, immunizations, lead and anemia screening, health education, treatment of minor and acute illnesses and chronic disease management.
