In September of 2004, a group of ordinary people who had a united desire to be Christians began to gather in a fire hall in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Our goals only involved one ministry: Bringing God's grace to our community. With no church name, no organized leadership, and no idea where this would take us, we united only under the common goal of helping other people become Christians.
When the time came, we selected our church name. Grace Community Church--better than any other name--declared our aspirations.
Now we have begun the process of taking this ambition and formulating plans to bring it to reality. Our primary focus is still becoming better Christians and helping other people do the same. We have elected a pastor, a treasurer, and 3 trustees (all unanimously).
When we say "Where you belong", it isn't just a slogan. It's our heartbeat.
