Beleifs :
Grace Lutheran Church exists to welcome people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, encourage them to grow in discipleship, and equip them to share this ministry of grace and love by serving others.

Principles :
- A personal faith commitment to Christ is essential for the Christian life.

- We see ourselves as an advocate and bridge to the community, other churches, non-Christians and to the members of our church.

- Relationships are essential. Growing faith is experienced and matured in relationships.

- We are all ministers, gifted and given abilities that are used to build up the body of Christ. Pastors are to "equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:14).

- Discipleship is a continuous, progressive journey that leads a Christian to serve. Always growing towards the life of Jesus who "came not to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many"

- Form follows function: we will constantly structure ourselves to support the ministries the Holy Spirit has developed in this place rather than adopt a hierarchical structure that is handed down.
