Gravel Knolls Farm CSA
We use organic methods and meet organic standards. An alphabetic variety of produce is grown through the seasons to insure members get several selections of veggies in their weekly share. Farm eggs can be purchased at pick ups and all year through during retail hours at our store The Feed Barn; 1-6 Mon.-Fri. , 9-2 Sat. Pasture raised poultry is offered for purchase about every 3 weeks June through September. Members and others can add their name to a sign up form.
Since 1989 Jim and Linda have grown harvests from spring to fall using organic stardard practices. Fresh greens, beautiful heads of Romain lettuces, juicy sweet onions, ripe heirloom tomatoes, okra, summer squashes, celery... We are fortunate each year to have a few farm interns join us through our annual journey and pick up as much knowledge and hours as they can. Interested? please e-mail or call. We raise chickens and have farm, fresh, fertile free range eggs all year long for purchase, also pastured meat poultry June through September. Some lamb is raised on the farm too. The farm has a small retail store which sells organic fertilizers and soil amenities, garden seeds, grass seed, bird feed, organic and natural pest and weed control for lawn and garden, pet, small animal and livestock feeds, and of coarse EGGS.

Members pick up their share between the hours of 3:30 and 7 pm. Wednesdays or Thursdays on the farm during the CSA harvest season. The pick up is set up market style so members can select size and quantity (up to limit) they would like.
