Our Mission: 

In partnership with our residents, the Halfmoon Recreation Department strives to provide comprehensive recreation programs and services which respond to the ever changing needs within our community.  The Recreation staff shall be responsible for the development, operation, scheduling and coordination of recreation programs for the Town.  We also dedicate our time to promoting character education to our youth.
