Halifax County Motor Speedway "The Red Clay Bullring" is a 3/10 mile dirt track surfaced with red clay located conveniently off Hwy 561 East in Brinkleyville, North Carolina. The Speedway features racing in many different divisions including Late Model, 602 Crate Late Model, Open Wheel Modified, Limited Sportsman, Super Street, Stock V8, Super Stock 4 Cylinder, Pure Stock 4 Cylinder, and Sport Compact FWD. The Speedway may have special events with appearances from other divisions throughout the season.

Most people know HCMS as former Clary's Speedway or Clary's Motor Speedway. In November of 2018 the track was purchased from recent owners to become the NEW Halifax County Motor Speedway. Under new management the Speedway opened in April of 2019 for a new beginning and currently opens each race season. HCMS has become a fan and driver favorite in the Carolinas.
