The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce works with local business, the community, and government to help Hamburg grow and prosper. Since 1927, the primarily volunteer businessmen and women of the Chamber have been serving the Town of Hamburg and its incorporated villages of Blasdell and Hamburg.

The Chamber is a private, not-for-profit business membership association that is supportive but independent of other local and national chambers. It is an action agency designed to meet business and community needs and relies on a voluntary organization of businesses banding together to advance all sectors of interest within the community. These interests include commercial, financial, industrial, and civic interests of the area. Furthermore, the Chamber is a civic clearinghouse, a public relations counselor and a legislative advocate at the local, state and national levels of government as well as a research and promotional medium to all those involved.
