“Success for all our students” is our school motto and the faculty is dedicated to providing students with the resources and support needed to be successful. We continue to have interdisciplinary teams which meet to serve the needs of all students. The teams focus on building positive relationships, connecting concepts and skill across the curriculum, establish common expectations and establish strong communication lines with parents. In addition, we continue to implement the block schedule wherein each class period is eighty-eight minutes. This schedule increases the time students spend in quality learning situations and allows more in-depth and hands on exploration of content. High expectation and excellence are priorities at Harper Park, and we set the stage on which students may excel in academics, athletics and the visual and performing arts.

Education is a lifelong process and the administration and staff strive to create a climate conducive to “Success for all students.” Teachers, parents and other member of our school/community are dedicated to the mission of assisting each student in accepting their responsibility to become lifelong learners and productive, responsible citizens.
