Harris Health System's Sheldon Health Clinic offers preventive and acute healthcare services to children and adolescents in the Sheldon / Channelview area. School-based clinics are an intergral part of Harris Health.

The Sheldon Health Clinic is located in Sheldon Elementary (Sheldon ISD). The clinic provides an array of services, including: physical exams, primary care, Texas Health Steps screening, sports physicals, developmental assessments, vision and hearing tests, immunizations, lead and anemia screening, health education, treatment of minor and acute illnesses and chronic disease management.
