History:

Hayden Baptist was reorganized on March 6, 1951. The first service was held in the old building on March 25, 1951 w/Rev. Dillard from New Albany as the supply pastor. We were officially declared a church on April 8, 1951

In 1974 the church elected to build a new building. On the first Sunday in October, 1974 we held our first service in this building. This building was dedicated on December 1, 1974.
