Heartland Community Church is named so for our desire to be a community church, our heart to serve the entire community, and our focus on matters of the heart. Heartland is also symbolic of the church's physical location at the heart of Ripon, and Ripon's location at the heart of California.

Heartland has a bold vision for the future

“We are confident that God desires for Heartland to reach 10% of the Greater Lodi population…all across our social, economic, educational and ethnic population.

We believe that God wants to use Heartland to restore broken Marriages, many at Heartland’s future Marriage Retreat Center.

We believe that God wants us to help the needy in our community through a food and clothing store.

We believe that God wants us to help the widows/widowers and single parents in our church family in practical ways…i.e., home and car repairs services.

We believe that God wants us to help people who need temporary housing as they mainstream back into society.

We believe God wants us to minister to those whose lives have been ruined by addictions.

We believe that one day God will provide a ‘campus’ of at least 100 acres to house these ministries to help heal a hurting world around us.

We believe that God wants us to go beyond our local community and send thousands of workers and millions of dollars to the poorest of the poor in the world, particularly to assist widows and orphans.”
