Henry County Hospital is an integrated health system located in New Castle that serves Henry, western Wayne and northern Rush Counties. In addition to an acute-care hospital, HCH also provides a wide range of other healthcare services including a Cardiovascular Center which is a joint venture with St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.
Staffed by specialists from Henry County Hospital and the nationally-recognized St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana, it brings a new level of advanced heart care to Henry County residents who previously needed to go out-of-town for diagnostic catheterization and interventional vascular procedures. It also provides an opportunity for patients who need more complex cardiovascular care at Henry County Hospital to have a seamless transition to the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.
The Hospital's Wound Center offers advanced wound care treatments and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Other services offered by Henry County Hospital include home health, hospice, retail pharmacies, sleep center, rehabilitation services including aquatic therapy, sports medicine, New Castle Walk-In Care, HealthRidge wellness and fitness center and two employer-based health clinics.
Henry County Hospital Medical Group includes physicians in 14 specialties including anesthesiology, allergy/immunology, cardiology, family medicine, infectious disease, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, physiatry, pain management, general surgery, hospice, pediatrics and radiology. In addition to Henry County Medical Group, specialty services offered locally by other physicians include urology, ENT, podiatry, interventional vascular radiology, nephrology, pulmonology, hospitalists, dermatology, ophthalmology, allergy and asthma.
