The High Lakes Outdoor Alliance (HLOA) is an organization of outdoor sports men and women who enjoy and promote the outdoor activities in Union County, Iowa. Our organization is a 501C3 non-profit corporation developed for the benefit of recreational opportunities in our area. The HLOA pursues all sorts of outdoor experience and conservation activities to enhance outdoor enjoyment for everyone.
 
One of our organizations initiatives is to raise funds that will support various projects that benefit the outdoor recreation possibilities in Union County such as: fishing, hunting, archery, shooting sports, field dog trials, hiking, cross-country skiing and canoeing. Providing learning situations that are focused on safety for all ages is our priority.
