Authentic German food, live music, dancing and other great entertainment will be part of the Highlands Business Partnership 23rd Annual Oktoberfest celebration taking place in Veterans Park on Bay and Shrewsbury Avenues on Saturday, October 5th from 12:00 - 7:00 PM, (rain date 10/6) Admission and Parking is free.
