We offer market basket shares so each family can select 10 items per week (some limitations apply). The shares also include weekly you-pick items!

The Hillside Community Farm Hub opened in Spring of 2009 at Elwyn's Media Campus in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The farm includes a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) initiative, a demonstration garden, and innovative educational programming for both children and adults. Elwyn and Greener Partners have teamed up in order to make better use of Elwyn's open space, some of the last in Delaware County. This organic farming operation provides better access to local foods for the surrounding community.

Greener Partners is contributing to the resurgence of farming activity within the Greater Philadelphia region by transforming public spaces and underutilized land into community teaching gardens and forward-thinking farms.
