We are Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc. (HDLI), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving the past and promoting the future of downtown Liberty, Missouri. We follow the Main Street Four-Point Approach® created by Main Street America. We are one of eight Accredited Main Street Communities in Missouri and are proud participants of both Missouri Main Street Connection and Main Street America.

Mission Statement: To foster a vibrant community in Historic Downtown Liberty as an exciting place to shop, dine, and invest through economic development, creative promotion, and historical preservation.
