Hog's Back Farm Hog's Back Farm is a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm, where members purchase a share of vegetables and, each week during the farm season, receive a bountiful box of fresh produce straight from the fields. We pride ourselves on producing fresh, clean, healthful food picked at the peak of flavor and nutrition. Our vegetables are produced without the use of any chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. We use cover crops, rotations, compost and ingenuity to produce your food in a way that's healthier for you and healthier for the community.
When you join Hog's Back Farm you become a part of our community, and can get as involved as you like. Simply pick up your share and read the weekly newsletter, come and visit the farm and help out on one of our field days, or volunteer to be on our steering committee.
Our veggies come in a reusable plastic tote box which contains between 7 and 25 pounds of produce depending on the season. We also offer a winter share of storage and cold-hardy crops as well as a chicken share.
