Mission Statement:
The mission of the Hoke Reading/Literacy Council is to provide basic literacy instruction including English as a Second Language and introductory computer classes, so that all persons served may further their education and build for themselves a better life.

Services:
We provide the following services to Hoke County citizens:

• One to one tutoring (Adults and Children grades 1-12)  

• Small group tutoring (Reading and Math)

• Computer based reading program

• ESL classes

• Introductory Computer Classes

• Public Access Computer Lab

• Classroom / Meeting Room (with smart board and projector) **
