Since 1965, Holiday Wine Cellar (HWC) has proudly been a family owned and operated business, since Founder, Frederick Einer broke ground to build Holiday Wine Cellar, inside The Western Village Shopping Center, in 1964. There have been a few minor adjustments to the store since opening day, such as a 24-bottle self-serve wine bar in the authentic underground wine cellar; a dedicated beer cave, housing a percentage of the 2,000+ craft beers HWC carries. The commitment to high quality customer service has remained untouched by the hands of time, thanks to the help of highly knowledgeable and passionate employees. In 2009, HWC took it one step further and launched their online storefront. Customers may now receive the same white-glove service whether they are visiting HWC’s brick-and-mortar Landmark Store, in Escondido, CA, or from the comfort of their computer.
