Mission:

HOPE Family Care Center is dedicated to optimizing health and health-related conditions for uninsured, under-insured, and medically under-served populations in Cicero, IN and neighboring communities in Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, and Boone Counties. The clinic accomplishes this by providing or arranging for high-quality Health, Dental, Counseling, Women’s Health, and other needed services.
