Household Goods Recycling of Massachusetts, Inc. (HGRM) is an independent, 501(c3), not-for-profit organization that helps individuals and families in need by collecting gently used furniture and household goods and supplying these items free of charge to people who are referred to HGRM by social service agencies.

HGRM serves more than 3,000 families each year who come from across eastern and central Massachusetts. The people we serve are in transition and need assistance in rebuilding their lives. HGRM helps them create homes. At HGRM, volunteers help them select furniture and household items free of charge to help them settle into their new home. Donations are accepted on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9-noon. Volunteering at HGRM is a great way to meet people, stay active, and give back to your community.
