The general purpose shall be to foster informational and educational programs in agricultural crops and livestock, horticulture, mining, mechanics, industry and other resources of the county and the surrounding area, and to encourage other endeavors in human art, industry, and skill. Special emphasis shall be placed on 4-H Club, FFA and other rural youth activities.
