About Us:

Located in a close knit community, the Howard Community Health Center provides a full range of family medicine. Our providers make on site visits to the Howard Good Samaritan Center and Whispering Winds Assisted Living Center to provide health  care to their residents. Community Counseling Services from Madison, SD has staff on site weekly to provide counseling services.  The community of Howard is also fortunate to have a pharmacy, physical therapy services and a volunteer ambulance service
