The Human Resources Consortium of South Florida(HRC) provides opportunities for HR leaders and business professionals with a passion for the human side of business to learn about the latest topics and issues relating to human resource management. The meeting format is a round table discussion led by a presenter or facilitator and free seminars with subject matter experts that will keep members abreast of the top industry trends. The group meets the fourth Thursday of each month for 90 minutes. Topics include employee recruitment, training and development, organizational development, benefits and compensation, personal effectiveness, strategic management, and much more.
