Humana Hosting Farmers Market, Free Healthy Cooking Demo at the Kissimmee Guidance Center

First 50 Attendees Will Receive Voucher for Fresh Produce and Local Market Vendors

WHAT:          To show the community how to easily prepare healthy and delicious meals, Humana will be hosting a cooking demonstration at its Kissimmee Guidance Center. Led by Chef Mabel Guzman, the free cooking demo will focus on turning fresh produce grown exclusively by local Kissimmee farmers into great-tasting healthy recipes.

Following the demonstration, the first 50 attendees will receive a sample of the healthy dish, along with a $5 voucher toward their purchase from the Farmers Market, located inside the Guidance Center. Vendors will offer an array of products, including organic breads, produce and honey.
