The Inner Faith Performing Arts Center, Inc. (IPAC), is a non-profit Christian based arts center with a community focus. The organization is committed to providing artistic training to urban communities with a faith-based concentration. IPAC seeks not only to train young artists in theater, music, art, dance, and media, but also empower the inner-spirit. Founded in 1998, by Paterson, NJ's native, Rahsona Elder. Elder, a actress, playwright, writer, and motivational speaker has been featured in several media outlets including Today's Christian Woman National magazine 2003 everyday hero column. The overall budget, funding, and policy making is governed by a Board of Director's made up of professionals, educators, social workers, and artists. IPAC has trained and continues to train youth ages 5-17 years of age in music, theater, voice, art, media, dance, and social arts workshops.
