About John Glenn Elementary

John Glenn is one of North Scott’s five elementary schools with an enrollment of approximately 275 students,  We serve students in 5 Year Old PreK up through 6th grade.  We have two sections of each grade level with an average class size of 17 students.   

John Glenn has a full time Guidance Counselor, a part time Nurse, and a full time teacher librarian.  Approximately 90 percent of our students ride a bus to and from school as we serve a large geographic area in the western part of the North Scott District.
