The "Southern Tier JUNETEENTH Festival Celebration" (STJF) strives to bring together the professionals, professors, specialists, businesses, organizations, ordinary people and families in order to create a stronger Southern Tier through communication and compromise. Through communication, we can set the table for compromise so that all the people of the great communities that make up the Southern Tier can Work Together towards Unity in the Community. Through compromise, we can meet each other's needs and desires in order to create a stronger Southern Tier and drive ourselves into a prosperous future.
