Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland is located near the intersection of York Rd and E. Northern Parkway, near Belvedere Square. The center is a diverse and welcoming community and reflects the city in which we live. We provide meditation classes and Buddhist teachings across Maryland. Taught by qualified local teachers, the meditation classes are very relaxing and the talks are easy to understand and apply to our daily lives.
