The coalition is a grassroots organization, formed by concerned county residents in 1999, to reduce tobacco use in our community.  We have a youth-led branch known as Students Working Against Tobacco (SWAT).  Our mission is to advocate for the protection of nonsmokers, the prevention of future smokers, and the treatment of current smokers in our community.
