Mission:

The mission of the Kearsarge Regional Elementary School at Bradford is to provide positive support to children, thus empowering them to become life-long learners and contributing members of society.Students who have a positive self-image: feel loved, have a sense of belonging, experience success, are willing to keep trying, have self-confidence, take pride in their achievements, and have a positive attitude.Students who are caring attempt to: understand others, be empathetic, build-up instead of put-down, be responsive to the needs of others, actively listen, and treat others kindly.

Students who are cooperative attempt to: get along with others, share, be helpful, work as part of a team, set and reach common goals, and follow rules. Students who are problem solvers: identify problems, actively search for solutions, make intelligent choices, apply different strategies to problems, and evaluate outcomes. Students who are environmentally aware: have a basic knowledge of the universe, value life and natural resources, and act responsibly to the earth and its inhabitants.Students who are life-long learners: are inquisitive, value learning, are open-minded, incorporate learning into their everyday lives, know how to find and use resources, and are self-directed.
