About Us:
The Kimberling Area Library Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization supported entirely by donations and contributions, and receives no direct tax support.
KAL is staffed entirely by volunteers who give freely of their time for the benefit of the community.

KAL is managed by a nine member board of directors who are elected from the membership at large to staggered three year terms with fiscal year starting July 1st.
KAL provides a modern, clean, attractive facility and services tailored to the population and character of the area.
Our Mission:
The Kimberling Area Library provides materials, events and services to help our community residents and visitors gather knowledge and experience the joy of learning.
We do this by:
- Offering free library access,
- Providing a friendly, compatible gathering place,
- Keeping technology current,
- Fostering a love of learning for all ages,
- Making available the most useful and popular books, tapes and other media,
- Generating rewarding opportunities for volunteerism and contribution,
- Modeling that learning is fun.

Monday. Wednesday. Friday
10 am - 4 pm
Tuesday & Thursday
10 am - 7 pm
Saturday - 10 am - 4 pm
