Kiwanis Club Of Northridge
History:
As a non-profit, charitable organization, we maintain a 501(c)3 status with the Internal Revenue Service.
The Kiwanis Club of Northridge was founded in August, 1949 . The club began with just 25 members and has grown to its current membership of 66 members.Over the years, the club has held many fundraisers, including Wild West Days and KowChip Bingo.
We help out in the community in a variety of ways, including sponsoring youth groups, raising American Flags over the communities of Northridge and Chatsworth, raising money to benefit children and children’s support groups, and working with disadvantaged adults and kids.
The club has enjoyed a rich history over the years, with its members coming from fields like accounting, civil service, education, management, and many more.
