Lake Country Direct is devoted to reconnecting the farmer to the consumer.

We raise heritage breeds such as Angus cattle, Berkshire hogs, Dorset and Suffolk sheep in open pasture. All of our livestock is fed a wholesome diet of native grasses, and finished on grains grown on our farm.

All livestock is raised humanely; each animal is minimally processed in a small family owned local facility which is USDA Federally inspected and approved. Our beef is dry-aged to concentrate flavors and produce an extremely tender product. All cuts are hand trimmed by artisan cutters to ensure less waste and more flavorful products.

No dyes are ever used.

All cuts come individually wrapped.
