Lakeshore Community Action Program is a non-profit agency serving Manitowoc, Door, Kewaunee, and Sheboygan counties. Lakeshore CAP provides assistance to low-income families through programs such as homebuyer assistance, family education, rental assistance, and food security. Lakeshore CAP is also home to a business incubator program, which assists start-up business by providing affordable space and shared business service.
