LCA's staff of 37 employees is focused on providing high-quality, affordable water and sewer services to our customers. To accomplish this, our employees have a wide variety of skills and strengths.
In the Operations Department, LCA employ maintenance technicians and foremen who have a variety of skills in plumbing and construction, leak detection, customer service, electronics, heavy equipment operation, water quality monitoring, computer flow modeling and regulatory compliance. LCA's Capital Works Department is made up of engineers, project managers, site inspectors and map-making experts. In our Administration Department, our employees handle a variety of responsibilities including accounting, customer service, billing and collections, organizational management, administrative support, legal advisement, public relations and computer systems management.
