It's time for our community festival with fun for all ages. Beginning early in the morning with a walk/run and continuing with a bake sale, turtle races, a craft show, kids' games, rhubarb judging, a parade, and yummy food vendors. In the afternoon there will be pony rides, a magician, local vocal entertainment, a shooting gallery, inflatables, the John Daly Memorial Bean Bag Tournament, Leola Fireman games, a street dance with local talent performing and more food. The celebration is being held in conjunction with an all school reunion. This is the 100th year celebration of Leola's first graduating class. A picnic supper on the street will be provided by Billy's Café with a watermelon feed to provide dessert by Modern Woodmen. I am sure that I have forgotten something, but as you can see, the day will provide lots of entertainment for all ages.
