The Live Oak Arts Festival, Inc. is an organization committed to providing Pascagoula, Mississippi with an opportunity to Experience the Arts and Music of Local Talent to further the Cultural Aspect of the Humanities, as well promote Awareness and Education concerning the Preservation of our Heritage Live Oak Trees.
