    -We support activities to provide an educated and skilled labor force to be globally competitive and to provide quality employment opportunities.
    -We provide membership benefits and services that give our members an operational and financial competitive advantage.
    -We are an effective and organized voice which represents the needs of the business community in our city.
    -We represent the interests of its membership at the local, state, and federal levels by advocating for issues of importance to economic development.
    -We provide leadership to further economic progress for Lynwood.
    -We promote friendliness within the community and businesses, with people whom we do business with all year round.

    -Become a valuable Marketing and Public Relations organization for the Lynwood community and Chamber Members,
    -Support the city agencies in marketing the city through economic development programs, publications, and conferences to attract developers to Lynwood, and
