About Us:

Mad River Valley Arts is a small town hub for big creative exchange. Our mission is to share diverse exhibition experiences through contemporary visual arts, and interdisciplinary design. We facilitate educational opportunities such as workshops, artist talks, tours and community activities for all Valley art appreciators, artists, residents and Vermont visitors in connection to our year round exhibition and event programs.

Inspirited by the sweeping natural panorama of our gentle mountain range, and anchored by our winding 'Mad' River, MRVA values the social responsibility of linking art to people; together across boundaries, to balance voices and open multiple perspectives. We operate with the understanding that art supports the agency to create story, a sense of belonging, and is a means to synchronize ourselves with the natural world.
