Marlborough Community Services, Inc. (MCS-Inc.) is a private, not-for-profit agency based in the City of Marlborough, Massachusetts. MCS-Inc. provides a wide array of programs that address the most vital community issues. The Food Pantry has been singled out as a model for other food pantries because in addition to food, it offers a significant number of Direct Services and Cross-Cultural programs including education, support, referral and advocacy, which are designed to restore self-independence, pride and dignity to our local residents in need.
The Mission of MCS-Inc. is to initiate, operate, coordinate and administer programs exclusively for educational and charitable purposes, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
MCS-Inc. receives funding and support from the City of Marlborough, the Office of Community Development, United Way of Tri-County, FEMA, and Project Bread. Local churches, individuals, and the business sector are continuous collaborators with the agency by providing volunteers, cash donations, and managing food drives.
