We are a second generation family farm with a focus on organically growing vegetables. We are dedicated to primarily growing heirloom varieties and trying to preserve those with Southern origins.
All of the vegetables that you receive will be hand harvested on the day in which you receive it.Our Spring and Souther Bounty may include, but not limited to:Golden, Candy Stripe & Detroit Red Beets; Purple Top Turnips, Leaf Lettuce, Arugula, Kale, Mustard, Mache, Sorrel, Radishes, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Baby Multi Colored Carrots, Rapini, Escarole, Baby Spring Onions, English and Southern Peas
20 Varieties of Heirloom Tomatoes (all shapes & sizes), African Blue Basil, Opal Basil, Red Rubin Basil, Genovese Basil, Kentucky Colonel Mint, Thyme, Cilantro, Fresh Bay Leaves, Parsley, Summer Squash (if crop is not interrupted by pests) and their blossoms, Cucumbers, Heirloom Snap or Shell Beans, Eggplant, Fall Squash, Perkins Long Green Okra & Red Okra
Our vegetables are sold at the Maryville and Market Square Farmer's Markets. Pick-up available at these markets or another agreed upon location on Tuesdays and Wednesday.
