The Mason Hupp Memorial Soccer Scholarship was established in May 2008 when Mason Hupp, a Choctaw Soccer Alumni, who had touched so many people with his talent and love for not just soccer but life.  He was a giver, always helping others while excelling himself.  Mason loved life. For all of you who knew him, you have experienced his love first hand either with his giant smile, helping hand or the almighty prank and hope there are many stories to share.  He loved life so much that he never met a stranger instead he always met a friend. He seemed to trust too well and freely. 

The Hupp family has been instrumental in supporting the Choctaw Soccer program for over a decade even after their children no longer attended the school.  The Mason Hupp Memorial Soccer Scholarship has helped four young men continue with their education through the structure they were taught through Choctaw Soccer Program.  Each year a Choctaw Soccer Player is selected on merit to receive this monetary award to help them continue the giving that Mason was known for.
