About

We don’t just do church. We are the church.

We hope that you would understand the depth of God’s love better through our love. We believe that God has made us for relationship, and so we aim to be a body of believers in friendship and spiritual intimacy. We are a warm, welcoming community; a place to believe, to belong and to become like Christ; being equipped with sharp minds, soft hearts, and serving hands to make a difference in someone’s day.

Come. As we discover God’s presence in our lives we welcome you into the journey.

History

Meadowbrook Church was conceived in the heart of God to be a blessing to the greater Redmond Area. Senior Pastor Scott Brewer felt God's call to leave his pastorate in Kentucky and start a new church in the Greater Eastside area of Seattle.

Launching on Easter Sunday, April 15, 1990, Meadowbrook began with two families. Today, 200 men, women and children call her their church home. For 15 years, Meadowbrook met at Redmond High School on Education Hill. Today, Meadowbrook meets for Sunday Worship in our Gathering Place near Marymoor Park.

From day one, our vision has been twofold:

to be a safe place where the irreligious or "seeker" could ask tough questions about God and faith, and find answers; and

to be a biblical place where "believers" could be encouraged and equipped to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
