Meals on Wheels of Denton County (MOWDC) / SPAN, Inc provide nutritionally balanced, home-delivered noon meals to homebound elderly and disabled citizens of Denton County. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday. The meals are delivered to the client's door by trained volunteers, who are often the only people our clients see on a daily basis.

Volunteers are the "eyes and ears" of MOWDC, they check on the well-being of clients and reports any changes or concern to the office. Meals are delivered by volunteers from 10.30am to 1pm Mon-Fri at the allocated sites. Last year, MOWDC served over 100,000 meals to seniors throughout Denton County.
