In late 2005 a new Partnership for Learning was approved by MCC's Board of Governors and the Bellevue Board of Education to improve access and expand course offerings to the Bellevue/Offutt AFB community.

Classes are offered in the evening at Bellevue and run through the fall, winter and spring quarters. In addition, a new MCC Bellevue Center is located inside the Bellevue Public Schools Support Center - 2820 Arboretum Drive. The MCC Center has an on-site administrator to support the partnership and offers an array of student services to support the community.
