The Milford Family Network Project is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education and sponsored by the Milford Public Schools. Its purpose is to provide services to families with children ages prenatal to 48 months in a collaborative manner. A Council made up of parents and representatives from many types of community agencies guides and directs the project. The Council works to increase and improve existing programs and to establish new programs that will meet the needs of the community as a whole. Staff members work to ensure that programs are accessible to all members of the community. To receive services from a Parent Educator in the PAT program, you must be a Milford resident. All other FNP programs are available to everyone in the greater Milford community who have children prenatal to 48 months old. The FNP is also supported by an active parent's organization, the Network Helpers. The Network Helpers offer enrichment programs and activities for families.
