Millstadt Consolidated School District draws pupils from miles around the village and furnishes excellent educational opportunities from pre-K through eighth grade with 839 students. Millstadt is part of Belleville Township High School West, one of the largest and best equipped high schools in the state. Millstadt is in the southwest part of St. Clair County.
