The emergency room operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All diagnostic services, excluding MRI screenings, are available 24 hours.

Missouri Southern Healthcare utilizes the services of physicians specializing in emergency medicine, trauma, family practice, internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, cardiology and radiology.
