The Monroe Township Public Schools District is a comprehensive district serving the educational needs of resident students from grades kindergarten through twelve. Services are also provided for preschool handicapped students as well as other students with special needs. Secondary students may attend the Gloucester County Institute of Technology on a shared-time basis. The Monroe Township Public Schools District offers a diversified curriculum designed to meet the needs of all students. The curriculum offers students at all levels the opportunity to excel. The elementary level offers a Gifted and Talented Program. Secondary students are offered Honors and Advanced Placement Programs. The school district has four K-4 elementary schools, one middle school with grades 5-8, and a high school grades 9-12.
